If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of clean, unused rugs within 30 days of delivery — no stress, no fuss.

  • Rugs must be clean, dry, and in resale-ready condition (free from dirt, hair, or wear).

  • For hygiene reasons, used rugs cannot be returned.

  • Buyers are responsible for return and exchange postage.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, including during “free postage” promotions.
