We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of any Love My Horse rug.
If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of clean, unused rugs within 30 days of delivery — no stress, no fuss.

❤️ Return Conditions

Rugs must be clean, dry, and in resale-ready condition (free from dirt, hair, or wear).
For hygiene reasons, used rugs cannot be returned.
Buyers are responsible for return and exchange postage.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, including during “free postage” promotions.

We’re always happy to assist with horse rug size exchanges to ensure a perfect fit.
Please note: additional postage applies for sending replacement rugs.
