At Love My Horse, we’re proud to use Australia Post for all horse rug deliveries across Australia and New Zealand.
Every parcel is packed with care and tracking details so you can follow your horse rug delivery from our paddock to yours.
💖 Horse Rug Shipping & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your horse rug rders within two working days of purchase. Once sent, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on location.
Please note that rural areas, Western Australia, and Tasmania may take a little longer.
If your order hasn’t arrived within seven days of dispatch, simply contact our friendly Australian customer service team and we’ll sort it out quickly.
💰 Horse Rug Postage Costs
We keep horse rug postage costs fair and transparent:
First rug: approx. $18–$24
Each additional rug: $8–$15 combined postage, depending on your location
Shipping will be calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode.
Need to add more rugs to an existing order? Contact us before dispatch so we can combine shipping and save you money.

💖Horse Rug Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer to be thrilled with their Love My Horse purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we happily accept returns of clean, unused rugs within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Rugs must be in original saleable condition (clean, dry, free from hair or dirt).
✅ Buyer covers postage for both the initial and return shipment.
✅ Need a different size? We’re happy to arrange size exchanges – additional postage applies.
