How to measure your horse for a rug

Love My Horse Clydesdale rugs are available in 6.6FT, 6.9FT, 7.0FT, 7.3FT, 7.3XTRA, 7.6FT, 7.6XTRA and 7.9FT,

offering true heavy-horse proportions rather than scaled-up standard rugs.

Some heavy horses need more room through the chest without increasing rug length.

Our XTRA Fit sizes are designed specifically for broad-shouldered, deep-chested horses that sit between standard sizes.

XTRA Fit rugs provide improved chest coverage and stability without excess length at the back.

All rugs are measured from the chest to the rear of the rug, not by horse height.
