Love My Horse - Shipping Instruction

We are confident and proud to use Australia Post

for all your precious deliveries.

Shipping & Dispatch

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days; however, please note that shipping to rural areas, Western Australia, and Tasmania may take longer.
  • If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team so we can help resolve the issue.

Postage Costs

  • The postage cost for the first rug is approximately $20.
  • Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
  • If you have already placed an order and would like to add more rugs for combined free postage, please get in touch before your order is packed. Once an order is packed, we are no longer able to add additional items.

Tracking

  • Once your items are shipped, you will receive an SMS from Australia Post containing your tracking number.
  • Visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Shipping to New Zealand

  • We are happy to ship to New Zealand!
  • Before placing an order, please contact us directly at lovemyhorserugs@gmail.com to discuss applicable postage rates and ensure a smooth transaction.

Returns

  • We accept returns via Australia Post within 30 days of purchase. (See our [Return Policy] for additional details.)
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind or incorrect ordering.
  • Love My Horse will cover postage for returns due to incorrect delivery or item errors.
